PLEASE STATE YOUR PREFERRED PICKUP TIME FROM THE RESORT FOR YOUR DEPARTURE DATE BOOKING. IF PICKUP TIME FROM THE RESORT IS NOT STATED THEN IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT THE PICKUP TIME WILL BE 3 HOURS PRIOR TO FLIGHT DEPARTURE + DISTANCE TAKEN FROM YOUR HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT. ALSO NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM WAITING TIME FOR PICKUPS WILL BE 15 MINUTES AT THE RESORT.
What To Expect
Hotel pickup commences at the pickup time stated in the booking. If there is no pickup time then Uniquely Fiji schedules a time. If a pickup time is given by customer and the customer is not ready by that time then we regard that as a no-show. It is expected for customers to check out from their hotels and be ready at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the pickup time.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
