Overview
With the help of our native host and sommelier you will discover the tastes of 5 different small batch bourbons accompanied by a small cheese board. Many bourbons today are difficult to obtain. We have 5 unique bourbons with each tasting.
While Woodford Reserve and Maker's Mark are available at our restaurant and bar, these are not the type of bourbons we will taste. We will utilize our lighted tasting table that give allows each participant to view the true colors of each tasting.

What To Expect
We are fortunate to obtain limited small batch bourbons. We will taste 5 bourbons and enjoy a personal cheese board. You will be instructed on each bourbon's taste and flavor profiles, along with information on the manufacturer and terroir. What makes bourbon, bourbon? We will answer this question and speak to the American Bourbon industry and manufacturing process. Learn about the truly American spirit that is every more popular. After the tasting, you will be able to try any of the bourbons in a cocktail and enjoy our food menu for an additional purchase.
Because the bourbons are small batch they are often difficult to obtain. The bourbons will change as we are able to obtain these special small batch options.
