Hotels.com is offering free rooms to 25 lucky pride-goers in New York City (NYC) this month. June marks the beginning of Pride Month. The pride month is a 30-day worldwide celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. It recognizes and honours them. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the famous Stonewall riots in Manhattan, New York City that kick-started the modern LGBTQ+ movement for equal rights, reports Business Insider.
To commemorate the same, New York City is hosting WorldPride (On June 29 and June 30). This massive Pride event is expected to see over 3 million people coming to participate. Hotels.com has blocked off 50 rooms across five different New York City hotels for winners of the Hotels Pride 50 Contest. The winners will get to stay at some of the best hotels in NYC.
