Rabida Island is an ideal place for snorkelling, swimming, and scuba diving. In the water, you can see white tipped sharks, sea lions, rays and other marine species. It is also an excellent destination for birdwatchers. The steep slopes and cliffs of the island are home to the Galapagos hawk, pelicans, white-cheeked pintails, boobies, and nine species of finch.
On the beaches, you can see colonies of loud sea lions, brown pelicans, marine iguanas, and flocks of vibrant pink flamingos. It is also a popular destination for hikers.
