What To Expect

The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lounge, holding a nameplate with your name on it. He will transfer you to your accommodation in Valencia fast and hassle free. If your flight is early or delayed the driver will track its expected arrival time, and adjust your pickup time. Your one-way transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

- Transfers to hotels located outside Valencia metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid.
- One suitcase per passenger allowed

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
