The Orchestra I Virtuosi dell’opera di Roma, formed by professors of the most prestigious Italian conservatories, is specialized in performing whole opera repertoire, specially from the Italian lyrical tradition. This summer present the new show “The Three Tenors - Opera arias & Italian music Masterpiece” inspired by Maestro Luciano Pavarotti’s famous concert with tenors Domingo and Carreras. Opera arias, Neapolitan melodies, and the great masterpieces of Italian music, for an unforgettable evening of bel canto!

The Orchestra of I Virtuosi dell’opera di Roma, founded in 1998, is the largest and oldest orchestra specialized in the Italian lyrical tradition of Rome. Its performances have been applauded by over 800,000 opera enthusiasts worldwide. For the “XXV Stagione d’Opera Lirica 2024,” I Virtuosi dell’opera di Roma present the new show “The Three Tenors,” inspired by Maestro Luciano Pavarotti’s famous concert with tenors Domingo and Carreras. Opera arias, Neapolitan melodies, and the great masterpieces of Italian music, for an unforgettable evening of bel canto! The Sala Umberto Theater, located in the heart of Rome, a few steps from Spanish Steps, was inaugurated in 1882 as a concert hall with the name of Teatro della Piccola Borsa.
