I specialize in tiger photography and have been visiting national parks of India since 2002. I work closely with the clients to ensure they return home with a portfolio of images that they would be proud to show to their friends, family and colleagues. As a Skipper and Naturalist, I will be guiding in all aspects of photography, natural history, animal behavior and more. Off the field I can help with post processing the images so they have a “Wow!” factor.
Tiger photography is not an easy thing to do. Unlike, for example, Lions in Africa, Tigers in India are rare and far more secretive. Plus there is a world of difference from a tiger sighting and a good tiger photo-op. I lead from the front and make the decisions about where we go, I have over 1000 tiger safaris now under my belt and I know the park inside out. So I am able to make sensible decisions to ensure that you have the best chance of being in the right place at the right time!
Our tiger safari starts from Sawai Madhopur, a small town in Rajasthan, located right outside the Ranthambhore National Park. 1. How to reach Sawai Madhopur? There are several direct trains from Delhi. It only takes 4-5 hours to reach Sawai Madhopur either by train or by taxi
This activity ends back at the meeting point.

I can arrange to pick you up from your hotel / lodge in Ranthambhore
Ranthambore is divided into 10 zones. All zones have tigers. Zone 1-5 are considered premium zones and are much in demand due to higher sighting probability, their geographical location, more water sources etc. Zone 6 to 10 are called buffer zones, they are closer to the villages so there is a lot of human interference like cattle grazing and other disturbances. I pre-book my permits for Zone 1 to 5 (premium zones). I would suggest a minimum of 10 safaris to have good collection of images with varying backdrops / postures / different tigers etc Safaris permits are released 120 to 150 days in advance and are sold out almost immediately as limited permits are available. So due to limited permit availability it is best to book well in advance. I have over 500 tiger safaris now under my belt so know the park inside out and so am able to make sensible decisions to ensure that you have the best chance of being in the right place at the right time!
