Afrikat - a luxurious catamaran cruising the coast of Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria. An all-inclusive boat experience including meal, drinks, fun speedboat ride with our Captain, a chance to swim & discounted Watersports. Making your best holidays memories.
What's Included
- Drinks: Beer, Sangria, soft drinks, juice, coffee and water
- Chance for swimming and snorkelling (optional) - equipment provided)
- Return transport from hotel (dependent on area)
- Live music onboard every Friday morning **
- Boat trip of 4.5 hours, leaving from Puerto Base, Puerto Rico and cruising along the coastline
- Meal: chicken wrap, potato salad and tortilla chips (for special dietary requirements, communication in advance required)
- Speedboat ride with our Captain (optional)
- Jet ski (€32 per vehicle), Parasail (€32 per person), Donut ride (€10 per person)
- Cocktails, champagne, wine and spirits

What To Expect
Afrikat Gran Canaria
All aboard this exclusive cruise for a wonderful experience on the award winning, beautiful and luxurious catamaran Afrikat. Departing from 09:30 - 14:00 during the Summer months and 10:00-14:30 during Winter, you can enjoy fun and adventure and see the amazing island of Gran Canaria from a different perspective – on the sea! Leaving from Puerto Base, Puerto Rico, we cruise along the coastline of the Gran Canaria, enjoying the amazing views and beautiful weather towards a calm crystal clear bay. Here we anchor - enjoy a swim in the refreshing water and try snorkelling – we recommend that you bring your own equipment. Craving fun, speed or adventure? – then try the donut ride or Jet-ski or experience parasailing – all water sports at a special discounted rate. You can also take a fun journey with a Captain in our speedboat. Our crew serve a delicious meal for you. Throughout your time with us on board, there is a choice of Sangria, beer, soft drinks, coffee, or water available.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The boat trip was amazing. Me and my friends truly enjoyed the day out with Afrikat. Massive thank you to the staff; attentive, welcoming and super helpful throughout the day. They made sure a memorable birthday. I would definitely book again when back in Gran Canaria

Relaxing morning spent enjoying the beautiful views of the Gran Canaria coast! The boat has plenty of lounging space to soak up the sun, and the staff is very kind and friendly. The cocktails are plentiful and the chicken wrap for lunch was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the chance to swim in the ocean and see the fish up close with the provided snorkeling equipment. It was a great excursion overall!

I absolutely love the experience. It's my second time on Afrikat. I'm going back again. The crew are very friendly and they cater for vegans/vegetarian. The crew pick you up in their own mini bus and drop you back. Most of all, we are all very well looked after, from the moment you get on to Afrikat.

Great ride, very nice staff, food (wraps) was good. Everything very clean and nice! 10.30-15.30. Do this if you can!

Just returned from a great day out on Afrikat morning cruise. The crew were all helpful and very sociable ready with drinks and tasty lunch all included. Despite my disabilities the crew were extremely patient and helpful to me. Couldn't fault the brilliant day out

Fabulous experience from beginning to end. Enthusiastic, polite and knowledgable staff. Nothing too much trouble. Two hours to swim in the sea, speedboat, paraglide*, jet ski*, inflatable ride*. Sangria, beer and soft drinks all included. First round served to you and after that, help yourself. Beakers are provided and kept as souvenirs. Cocktails, spirits and wines are available*. Toilet onboard - all immaculately cleaned. Chicken wraps for lunch served with nacho chips and potato salad. All delicious. Already recommended to friends staying later in the year. *Extra cost - but reasonable price.

Fantastic tour. We really enjoyed it. I have two things that can make it perfect: the music was to loud and I wish that there where more snacks. Nuts and chips with the drinks

Great staff, excellent music - loved the Saxaphone too. My mum was seasick but staff were helpful. Only downside was food could have been better. However, atmosphere, boat and music made up for it and great that drinks are included

I’ve been on so many boat trips and this is by far the best. The staff is amazing, nice and service minded. (And fun! 🤩) I’ve been on this tour five times and will most surely come back.
