Rest assured, driving a Jet Ski is both safe and straightforward! No prior experience or license is necessary. Our knowledgeable staff will provide you with hands-on training while you enjoy your Jet Ski, and our crew will closely monitor your activities to ensure your safety.
At Jet Ski Cancun, our expert team guides you to a 400-meter designated driving area in front of our dock. When your adventure is complete, they will assist you in returning to the pier, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

- Minimum age to drive a jet ski is 16 years, however, you must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- Minimum age to ride along is 10 years.
- You should bring a towel and spending cash.
- The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited before and during the entire activity.
- Cellphones & electronic devices are not allowed during the activity.
- People that are not doing the activity will have to wait on the waiting area and are not allowed on the dock.
- The maximum weight capacity is 204 kg (450 lb) per jet ski.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
