Hierapolis is an ancient city and archaeological site located adjacent to the thermal spa complex of Pamukkale. It is situated in the Denizli province of southwestern Turkey. Hierapolis was an important Roman city in ancient times and was renowned for the healing properties of the thermal waters of Pamukkale. The city was a significant center from the 2nd century AD to the 7th century AD. Hierapolis hosted many significant structures in ancient times, including a theater, Roman baths, temples, churches, and monumental gates. It has been home to various cultures throughout history, enhancing its historical and cultural significance. Today, Hierapolis is a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors with its ancient ruins as well as the white travertine terraces and thermal waters of Pamukkale. After our breakfast in the morning, we are leaving from Pamukkale and heading towards Antalya. Following a pleasant journey, today we will visit the Antalya Museum.

We will begin Day 8 with the Anatalya Archeological Museum, one of the best museums in the world with statues mostly found in the ancient site, Perge. The sarcophagia section of the museum has the largest amount of examples in Turkey.

We will start our day by checking out of our hotel and travelling through the most spectacular and picturesque route from Antalya to Konya over the Taurus Mountains . We will then visit the Mevlana Museum, the center of whirling dervishes and Sufism, and discover the humanistic theology based on love and respect to the diversity of the universe. Following checkout from our hotel, we will start our day by driving to Cappadocia along the Silk Road. During this trip, we will visit Sultanhan Caravanserai where ancient travelers stayed overnight on their journeys during the 12th century and later.
