Overview
This is a first-of-its-kind, unforgettable new way to experience history! We use Augmented Reality to bring history back to life at the site of the Boston Massacre outside the Old State House in Boston. You will essentially time travel, and learn about what happened by experiencing it for yourself. This experience is great for all ages and backgrounds, and it's particularly fun for people interested in history and technology.
The experience is interactive, and uses the magic of hand-tracking technology for our virtual characters to react to you. You will feel immersed and excited. There is truly nothing else like this!

Right in front of the Old State House you will find 'The Site of the Boston Massacre' carved into the ground. Our VR station is positioned right next to that marker, by the tall plants.

What To Expect
Experience Boston in an entirely new way with augmented reality! Put on our headset and see the 1700s brought to life in the real world today.
You will see historically accurate English soldiers appear in front of you, and you will still see everything around you. The soldiers will react to your decisions, as if you are there on the fateful day of the Boston Massacre on March 5th, 1770.
The experience lasts 5 minutes, and you are in full control. It is historically accurate and the soldiers will fire their virtual weapons if you provoke them. The experience is designed to be fun, and there is no gore. There is also a kids version where there are no guns at all. All of our participants walk away smiling!
We use augmented reality, not traditional VR, to ensure you do not get nauseous and you stay safe with your surroundings. It will be as if history is transported to the world today. We also use hand-tracking technology so you don't need to use any controllers.
All of our headsets are sanitized for each participant to kill 99.99% of bacteria and viruses (including Covid-19), and a fresh facial cover is supplied for each participant.
