History And Architecture
The Bagore ki Haveli in Udaipur was constructed under the guidance of the Prime Minister of Mewar, Shri Amarchand Badwa, from 1751 to 1778. The Maharaja of Bagore Shakti Singh extended the Haveli, by adding the triple-arched gateway in 1878. During the Post Independence era, the Haveli was used by the Rajasthan Government to house its officials.
As you enter the gates of the haveli, you are treated with an equally stunning two-storeyed Lotus Fountain. The Haveli is completed with around 138 rooms, which are decked with enticing glasswork and intricate murals. The Haveli is segregated into three Chowks, Neem Chowk, Tulsi Chowk and Kuan Chowk.

The showstopper here is the Dharohar Dance Show, which commences during the evening at around 7 PM. The show is conducted at the courtyard called the Neem Chowk, which provides a stunning ambiance of the traditional Rajasthani culture.
