When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will be standing displaying a name board with your name at the specified pickup time.
What To Expect
You will be picked up from your Dover Cruise Terminal and taken directly to the Heathrow airport terminal or Hotel. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time and will meet you with your name on a board sign inside the cruise terminal. the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
