Your instructor Amanda Parr has nearly 20 years of experience guiding other's Yoga and wellness journies around the globe and is a great contact to make in Nevis. With a down-to-earth approach, a touch of humor, and sense of adventure, Amanda honors the traditional foundations of Yoga and specializes in them into the fabric of every day experiences. With mindfulness at the heart of each practice, her aim is to awaken participants to the power of the present moment and help them find their balance of strength and softness both on and off the mat.

What To Expect
Make some time for mind-body wellness surrounded by the breathtaking natural scenery in Nevis with experienced Yoga and Meditation Instructor Amanda Parr.
Enjoy a public group session in our dedicated Yoga space at Oualie Beach Resort or Mount Nevis Hotel, or opt for a private session (group or individual) at a location of your choice, such as at your private accommodation or at the beach.
Classes are carefully instructed to provide options for people of all levels of experience and mobility.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
