What To Expect
Gastronomic Tour, Tamal Tolimense
The tamale is a dish of pre-Hispanic origin and has a different flavor depending on the city where it is made. One of the best tamales, they are found in Tolima, especially in Ibagué. Among its main ingredients is corn and banana leaves that give it a unique flavor.
We start our tour in Aima Ibagué, we will walk 4 blocks to reach our destination, to receive a talk about this traditional dish and its preparation.
