SUP Yoga, where tranquility meets playfulness on the water! Swap your yoga mat for practise atop a Stand-Up Paddleboard in a beautiful swimming pool, flowing through a sequence that takes you from Zen to strength guided by our experienced SUP Yoga Instructors.
The session begins with grounding ourselves in seated poses, inviting a sense of calm as we feel the gentle motion of the water beneath that creates a tranquil foundation for the adventure ahead. Transitioning gracefully, we move into kneeling poses, where we'll test our stability and balance by engaging our core and with mindful alignment. With newfound confidence, we rise into standing poses; accept the playful challenge of finding balance in these poses as we synchronise our movement with our breath. As the journey nears completion, we ease into a rejuvenating cool-down by returning to seated poses and allowing the gentle lapping of water soothe our senses.
During this sequence, there is a chance of splashing into the water; it's all part of the fun and adventure! So whether you stay dry or take a refreshing dip, embrace the possibility of playfully plunging into the water with an open heart!
