Time to hit the road towards the most visited spiritual and mysterious place in Montenegro – Ostrog Monastery.Ostrog was built in 1667 by the monk, Vasilije Ostroški, who lived and died there. After lunch break, we head to Our Lady of the Rocks island. According to the legend, the islet was made over the centuries by local seamen after finding the icon of Madonna and the Child on the rock in the sea on July 22, 1452. Over time, the islet gradually emerged from the sea. It took 100 years to build the isle and 100 more to complete the church. Now, Our Lady of Rocks is protector of all seamen who come to Boka Bay. Your tour guide will make sure to inform you about more details about the island, church and museum.
