Increase your mental and physical well-being, even if you have never used the SUP!
The SUP Experience begins on the beach, with a basic paddleboarding lesson, where you will learn the first techniques for safe navigation and then continue on an excursion into the sea, on SUP (Stand Up Paddle) boards, refining your paddling technique.
In the SUP Tour, we will see breathtaking scenery, the island of Figarolo with its beautiful seabed, the local fauna and with a little luck we will be able to admire the dolphins that live there. There will be little stops to take a dip in the beautiful Cala Moresca.
In addition, a moment to regenerate where we will offer you an aperitif at sunset, with typical Sardinian products, like you've never tasted! Or a unique breakfast, like you've never had before, in a breathtaking setting!

Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
We will meet at the Spiaggia dei Baracconi, at the parking lot (for a fee of €1.50/1h at the parking lot). In via Cala Moresca, when you reach the prohibition, turn right under the tunnel and park on the right side, not on the sea side.

What To Expect
Paddle on a professional SUP board with your family or friends and enjoy this eco-friendly SUP Experience!
In the splendid waters of Golfo Aranci, during the SUP Experience, you will have the opportunity to spot the dolphins that live right on this coast.
We will start from the beach of Golfo Aranci where we, national instructors of SUP and SUP Local Guides, are waiting for you for a basic paddleboard lesson on safety, to then continue paddling on an excursion at sea, among small coves, breathtaking scenery and local fauna (we will be able to see cormorants , seagulls, wild herons and dolphins).
There will be no shortage of small stops, to take a few dips and a moment to offer you an aperitif at sunset, with typical Sardinian products, like you've never tasted before !!
Or a unique breakfast, in a breathtaking setting, all surrounded by videos and photos, for a SUPer memory.
We advise you to bring: Drinking water, towel, sunscreen, Sweatshirt and leggings (if Alba).

- This experience will only take place in favorable weather conditions. In case of marine weather not suitable for SUP practice, it will be rescheduled for another date, time and location. We will contact you the day before via whatsapp.
- We advise you to bring: Drinking water - towel - sunscreen - rock shoes - Sweatshirt and leggings (if not yet summer).

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
