* You will not be late even if you arrive at Aso Station at 13:02 by the limited express train.
The tour begins with an explanation of the characteristics of the active volcano Mt. Aso and "Millennium Grassland".

Aso Nakadake “Millennium Grassland” Cycling by E-MTB (Electric Bicycle)
If you've never used an electric bicycle before, don't worry, we'll practice how to operate it in the safety of our premises.
From the bottom of the caldera at Aso Station (about 500m above sea level) to the Aso Nakadake crater (about 1,300m above sea level), there is an elevation difference of 800m.

What To Expect

In the great nature of a national park without exhaust gas or noise, you can feel the heartbeat of Aso's earth and the wind of the grasslands.

Climb up to the Aso Nakadake crater at 1260m high through the road called "kusa no michi", which was once a path of mountain ascetics, and get up close to the crater emitting smoke.
You can leave your luggage with us, so you can enjoy the grasslands of Aso in a light style.
In addition, even if you are not confident in your physical strength, the electric motor will provide powerful assistance, so you can participate comfortably and with confidence.
A portion of the tour participation fee will be returned to the grassland Association as funds for conservation activities of the "Millennium Grassland." Your participation in this tour will help preserve the grassland, and you will become a "guardian of the grassland".
