the Guide leads the walk thru the forest sharing information on the forest, Maya mountains, wild life, and local customs.
At the caves, refresh with a cool swim, the guides bring you thru a series of caves showing you formations, sharing the Maya world "Xibalba" stories, and near a waterfall inside the caves, then at the exit of the caves continue downstream for another 20 minutes, enjoying the float on the Caves Branch River, here you arrive at the parking area where the tour ends.

Nohoc ch'en Parking lot Directions: Drive to Mile 37 George Price Highway, proceed thru Franks Eddy Village on the pave road, continue for 6 miles on the pave road and arrive at the park barrier. pay the park admissions , Here you will see the V.i.V. booth, the V.i.V. guide will be there.

What To Expect
Reserve this unique tour online, the guides reside all over the country and travel to the caves only if there are reserved tours. Reserve early. the Cave-tubing is done at the Archeological site known as Nohoc che'en , the Cave-tubing is easy to do and a family fun adventure lead by a great guide. The Park has restaurants, large parking lot, modern rest room facilities. The guide provides you with a Helmet, lights, personal flotation device and tubes. The guide leads you thru the forest for a 25 minute walk showing you the diverse plant life and any wildlife spotted and shares local customs and folklore. At the entrance of the caves, take time for a refreshing swim, and lots of photos, then the guide leads the tubes float and navigates the river, while stopping along the caves to show you formations, then stop by the water fall to get wet and photos, at the exit of the caves the float continues for another twenty minutes enjoying the sounds of the birds, wind rustling thru the trees and sunlight. here you arrive at the parking lot where the tour ends.
