I’ll teach you the secret of traditional pasta while sharing the wonderful view of the hills from the top of the house where you'll feel filled with positive energy. We'll knead the dough for pasta, and then we make spaghetti and ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta. We cook and prepare the pasta with 2 different sauces in porcelain dishes, with cutlery and lighting candles. I obtained the Italian HACCP certification at the top level for the food and beverage safety.
You can reach my place both by bus and car. The bus is nr. 23 from railway station, bus stop: Avesa piazza Plebiscito in front of the “Bar Al Leon” : come back for 150 meters and, on your right, you’ll find a little alley to the courtyard of my house that is the third on the left.

You will welcomed into a typical house of the picturesque village of Avesa with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together . I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine or spaghetti and ravioli. We'll cook them in 2 sauces ( tomatoes with garlic and basil for spaghetti and butter and sage for ravioli) and then we cook and eat the pasta followed by a dessert in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with white or red wine.
