In this class, you will learn how to easily cook the most delicious khinkali in the world, ruddy and fragrant Imeretian khachapuri. Cooking them is quite simple and you only need to know a few secrets!
We treat the participants with Georgian wine, a vegetable salad made from unforgettable Georgian tomatoes, and a plate of farm cheeses.
The cook tells how to make dough for khinkali, and the guests learn how to prepare the filling for khachapuri.
Participants independently prepare the dough for khachapuri and the filling, spread the cheese, and bring it to readiness.
After that, everyone learns to sculpt khinkali to the chef's stories about the intricacies of cooking this dish, historical tasty details about Tbilisi, and funny stories.
