Welcome to New Orleans! We are known worldwide for our friendly people, rich history, fascinating architecture - and GOOD FOOD!
The Premier New Orleans Food Tour encompasses all of the above, plus our guides are good-looking and brainy! You will be immersed in the history of New Orleans and learn how its unique cuisine evolved. You will be awed by the beautiful architecture. Did you know that Red Beans and Rice was Louis Armstrong's favorite dish? Well, it was! When you have a cup, you'll understand why. There's hardly anything tastier than the Sicilian Muffaletta ~ ham, prosciutto, salami, cheeses, olives. Mmmmm you'll love it. So, what "must taste" dish is left? A steamy hot cup of Gumbo. Yesssss! Let's finish our afternoon off with a mouthwatering dessert that came to us from France - a Pecan Praline! The tour ends near Jackson Square, in the heart of the Quarter. Explore to your heart's delight! Your tour guide is a gold mine of information. Bring your questions!
We conclude our enjoyable afternoon at Aunt Sally's Creole Pralines, 810 Decatur Street, where we will have a delicious, historically French concoction, a Pecan Praline.

He led the seventh and eighth Crusades back in the 13th century. Across the way from the Cathedral is beautiful Jackson Square. If you are interested, the 1850 House on the Square has a nice selection of cookbooks and history books. Regarding the diverse architecture, there is no other place in the country like it. Greek revival buildings stand next modest Shotgun houses. Admire the wrought iron balconies and galleries. We welcome you!
