Pick-up Instructions: At the Airport: At the exit of baggage claim At the Train Station: At the exit of your carriage/cart. If carriage/cart is not provided, then at the outside of the information booth of the railway station. At the Bus Station: At the exit of your bus. If travel number is not provided, then inside the ticket office of the bus station. At the Hotel: At the hotel lobby or reception From Your Apartment/Stay: At the entrance. If your accommodation requires special permission or electronic chip/card to enter, it is your responsibility to let the driver come in with his car. Otherwise, the driver will be waiting as close as possible at the entry point.
What To Expect
Our bookings are instantly confirmed. Should you need to provide us with any additional details (i.e. hotel name, or host contacts in case of homestay), you may message us either through Viator or Whatsapp.
You can easily spot the driver who will be waiting holding your name (same to the name you used when booking).

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
