15 minuts before you rental time wait outside of your hotel . WE WILL PICKUP DRIVERS AND BRING THEM TO THE PORT IN DOWNTOWN (CITGO GAS STATION) MUST COME WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND MAJOR CREDIT CARD FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT. CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE TO DRIVE TO US OR FOR US TO GO PICKUP THE DRIVER.
