What To Expect
The activity consists of a sports descent in the Mendoza River, it is meltwater, therefore, during the year it is a river with medium difficulty and in the summer, when it brings more volume of water, it is of medium/high difficulty (Dec-Feb) with class III+ difficulty.
9.30 AM Pick up
10:30 a.m. Arrival to Potrerillos
11:00 a.m. / Request for insurance data. Time to change at the base.
11:30 a.m. /Transfer to Cerro Negro.
12:10 pm / safety and commands talk. Descent to the river, approximately 8/12 km of navigation, approximately 1 hour) depending on the flow of the river
1:30 p.m. / Rest and Lunch: Lunch on the banks of the river.
3:00 p.m. / Continuation Descent along the River, 20 km, approximately 2 hours. 16:45/17:00/ Completion. Return to the Potrerillos base.
