The magnificent rocks that rise up from the southern ocean. The constant blasting winds softened the limestone cliffs, forming amazing caves. In time they became arches and when they collapsed, the high rocks were isolated from the shore. During different times of the day they change colour from dark to sandy yellow in the full sun.

Named after the ship Loch Ard that shipwrecked on the shore of this coastline in 1878. Rich in history, you will get to hear the story about what two people did to survive. Bring cameras to capture the unique rock formations.
