If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise them of this information directly. Oversized or excess luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will only be carried at the discretion of the driver and may be subject to an additional charge. Please label luggage including full address. No responsibility is accepted by the driver for loss or damage to luggage, personal and/or valuable items

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
