I am a traveler and mindfulness facilitator so traveling has always been my passion. Throughout my entire life I have searched for mystical and unique places. Acitrezza is one of the places that I liked the most because of its very good vibes, its atmosphere, its landscapes, its nature and its people.
Additionally, I can give this tour in 4 languages: English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

What To Expect
I consider myself passionate about art, mindfulness and nature, which is why I have decided to share this passion, surrounded by this wonderful and historic place in Sicily. It is a fishing town and I can't get enough of it.
I am a Mindfulness facilitator and I want us to practice mindfulness together while touring the port, we will admire the entire landscape.
There will be no rush, this activity is about focusing on ourselves.
I will also teach you techniques to reduce stress so that you can take these techniques into your daily life. Likewise, we will do a meditation so that you can release those burdens and emotions that weigh you down.
I will tell you a little about the history of the town and to finish, if you feel like it, we will go have a coffee or tea.
