Momo is moored on the quay of the Battellieri harbour, in front of the nautical technical institute. Once you disembark from the ferry, the mooring is located about 300 meters on the left. There is always the crew on board.

What To Expect
Port of Carloforte - Capo Sandalo and surroundings

Carloforte
At around 10:00 we cast off the moorings and sail towards Piana island for a swimming break. Once home to the historic Ligurian tuna fishery, Piana island is currently inhabited by some privileged owners of the old fishermen's homes. After about an hour's rest, we proceed by sailing along the northern coast of the island, passing the stretch of sea where the traditional Carloforte tuna trap is lowered during the fishing season. After a quick visit to the Punta delle Oche cave, we sail towards Nasca/Calavinagra for a prolonged stop. Swimming in the turquoise waters you can reach the natural pools or the ruins of the old tuna fishery of Calavinagra. Around 1pm lunch is served with local specialties and in the afternoon we proceed towards the Capo Sandalo lighthouse where the Queen's falcon nests. In the evening we stop in one of the coves facing west for an aperitif at sunset and dinner with grilled fish. Overnight stay at anchor

Carloforte
Waking up at anchor is the true peculiarity of this experience! You wake up to the placid waters of the early morning and the song of the hawks flying close to the high cliffs. The Italian breakfast includes coffee, cappuccino, juices, typical desserts and fruit. Around 10:00 we weigh anchor and sail towards Cala Mezzaluna for a swimming break. After about an hour we proceed towards the Geniò bay near the famous Colonne. Extended stop and lunch with local specialties. In the afternoon we sail towards Guidi beach and Punta Nera for a swimming break. Around 4.30pm we weigh anchor towards the port. Guests disembark around 6pm. Upon disembarkation, upon request and as an extra, guided tours of the town of Carloforte can be organised.
