• When you book this service, you should give your hotel address, departure time of flight and airline information. Please choose the appropriate vehicle in advance, considering the size of group, hand suitcase and big luggage.
• As soon as you book this service, you can always find operator's email address in Trip Advisor or website and email again to local operator in the hope of 100% confirmation. You will receive the car and driver's information in time.
• On the departure day, your private driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby with your name sign. Usually, driver will arrive at hotel 3 hours or 4 hours ahead of your flight's departure time, which depends on domestic or international flight. If you can not find him, please contact the local operator immediately. If you do not show up, driver will inform the local operator too.
• This fair price can only enjoy the departure transfer within the following six districts, namely Kaifu, Furong, Tianxin, Yuhua, Yuelu and Wangcheng.
• This private service is one way service. If you need extra service, welcome to negotiate with the driver or speak to the operator.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
