Our company will assign a professional chauffeur based on the customer’s requirements and the chauffeur’s expertise. The assigned luxury vehicle is prepared, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with amenities (e.g., bottled water, refreshments, Wi-Fi).
We will send a pre-trip reminder to the customer 24 hours before the scheduled service, including chauffeur details and contact information. On the day of service, the chauffeur tracks the customer’s flight or cruise ship arrival time to adjust for any delays, ensuring timely pick-up. The chauffeur will be waiting at the designated pick-up location (airport terminal, port, or hotel) described on the pre-trip.
