We shall discover the period of adjustment, the state and the kingdom clashed, we'll see Id Amins torture chambers hidden in mengo palace. We shall see the"kabaka's lake "a man made lake commissioned by kabaka mwanga.
We shall witness the beauty of buganda architecture in places like the tombs at kasubi and wamala.We shall discover aspects of the traditional beliefs and religion of baganda, places like the tombs and at katereke ditch where we shall walk inside the shrines with bare feet and see some rituals performed.

This is the parliament of the kingdom and you will get to know the political history and the origins of the kingdom and how the kingdom runs.

Here we shall catch a glimpse of post independence drama. Eg. The 1966 crisis, Id Amins torture chambers. We shall learn how the kingdom tried to find its ground in post colonial Uganda and the challenges that came with it.

Wamala King's Tombs
Tombs of kabaka ssuna the 2nd . With wonderfully preserved architecture. Thrilling stories that will send you back in time.

Katereke prison ditch was dug by kabaka kalemma in 1889. It's a unique relic from a particularly violent and unstable time in buganda kingdom. Today it's a traditional and ancestral worship site. And this place has some rules and taboos that will test your resolve.

Ssezibwa River Falls
