The museum tour will encompass the notable features of the Sistine Chapel, which is located within the Apostolic Palace in Vatican City. This palace serves as the official residence of the Pope and is renowned as the Capella Magna. Its name was inspired by Pope Sixtus and the chapel was constructed between 1473 and 1481. Subsequently, it was dedicated to the Virgin Mary between 1508 and 1512 under the supervision of Pope Sixtus. The chapel's ceilings were adorned with magnificent paintings by Michelangelo between 1535 and 1541, including "The Last Judgment Day" of the Sistine Chapel. The most significant aspect of the tour is the awe-inspiring Sistine Chapel. Renowned Renaissance painters such as Sandro Botticelli, Pietro Perugino, Pinturicchio, Domenico Ghirlandaio, and Cosimo Rosselli contributed their artistic talents by painting various scenes within the chapel.
