She starts your journey with a refreshing glass of white wine as she guides you through their picturesque vineyards. Here, you'll discover two distinct plots: one cultivating grapes for their crisp white wines and another dedicated to the rich flavors of red varietals. Cata shares her wealth of knowledge about the harvest process, grape varieties, and the meticulous care that goes into each vine.
Continuing into the heart of the estate, you'll step into the wine production area where the magic happens. Witness the grapes being meticulously filtered, expertly processed, and carefully aged in barrels. The experience culminates in a delightful tasting session featuring Son Simo's renowned rosé and robust red wines, perfectly paired with authentic Mallorcan snacks. Immerse yourself in the essence of Son Simo, where every sip tells a story of tradition, craftsmanship, and unforgettable flavor.
