Here you can also see a spice mill, an oil mill, a bakery museum, a workshop of wooden clomping shoes, a cheese factory and much more.

Transfer to Volendam (~ 25 km). Volendam is a fishing village with its own harbor, introducing tourists to the life of Dutch fishermen in the old days, here you can see locals in traditional clothes. There are many fishing boats in the port of Volendam. A fish auction is held in Volendam. In the harbour, you can buy fish directly from a fishing boat. "If you've been to Holland and haven't eaten herring in Volendam, then you haven't seen the country," the Dutch say, because here is the most delicious herring in all the Netherlands.
