Overview
The service starts at 19:30, we will be waiting for you with your apron and a welcome drink, of course with a cheese and chipa board to accompany and whet your appetite.
With the help of the chef of Fogon Asado, we will have the opportunity to learn everything about Argentine Asado. We will work directly on your grill, we will learn how to light the fire and how to make the famous Creole Sauce and Chimichurri.
In addition, they will tell us about the cooking of different cuts of beef and pork, and what technique to use to cook sausages and provoleta on the grill.
To finish, a pancake with dulce de leche and peaches with cream, two great Argentine desserts. During dinner, a selection of wines will be offered, including a white wine and a red wine.
Service concludes midnight, leaving guests with an unforgettable experience andnew culinary skills.
