Overview
It’ll take 3.5 hours to take this hands-on takoyaki cooking from scratch. All the ingredients including flour are organic, and the takoyaki sauce is home made additive-free sauce and mayonnaise.
If you make takoyaki with my recipe, the outside will have crunchy texture while the inside is creamy, and it has savory taste.
Terumi will add a bowl of miso onion soup which is cooked with her hand made miso, and bean salad. You can grasp the techniques of takoyaki making shortly with my tips with you.
After cooking, let's start eating. She will serve bottle of mineral water.

Meeting And Pickup

Our meeting location is JR Ibaraki station which is 15 min away from Osaka station, and 20 min away from Kyoto station). We’ll meet in front of the gate (there is only one gate at JR Ibaraki station).

If you’ve always had an interest in Japanese cuisine, and wondered how you can reproduce some of the Japanese dishes you’ve had before, come join us at our cooking class in Osaka.

Terumi will add a bowl of maitake & onion miso soup which is made with her home made miso, and traditional citrus salad.
But that’s not all! For beverages, mineral water, and home made plum wine soda will be served.
