Overview
With the guidance of a Mexican chef, we will enter the kitchen of the best taqueria in the city. Here, you will become a professional taco maker where you will cook with fresh, regional ingredients. You will learn to marinate the meat, make sauces, assemble a meat spit, and finally, the most fun part, cut the meat to prepare your own taco accompanied by pineapple, cilantro, onion, salsa, and a delicious tequila.

What To Expect
Live the only experience of its kind in the whole city! We will go inside a real taqueria to learn all the secrets to be a great taquero. You will be able to experience with all your senses how to make the best tacos al pastor in the best taqueria of the Historic Center accompanied by a professional chef.
First, like a good taquero, you will have a breakfast of coffee with traditional Mexican bread, this will give you energy to start assembling the meat, you will learn how to place each piece and why. Afterwards the chef will guide you to the main kitchen where she will explain step by step how to cook the famous adobo sauce and marinade with fresh ingredients. Now that this is ready we will go to cut the meat! A taquero will teach you his secrets to have the correct and safe technique so you can do the whole ritual from cutting the meat to the flying pineapple trick.
Finally of course you will taste your delicious tacos accompanied by the house tequila.
Congratulations now you are much more Mexican than yesterday.
