Overview
The art of chocolate tempering is not something many people can say they've tried! This class leaves the machines behind and YOU work with the chocolate. Guests will get to experience a tempering demonstration and learn about different types of chocolate Guests will then head to our second floor to pick out the most delicious mix of candies and chocolates to decorate their own pizzas. No pizza is complete without cheese so drizzle some white chocolate on top to finish it off!

What To Expect
This is a great class for chocolate and pizza lovers. Learn how to temper chocolate from the Sweet Pete’s confectioners. Visit the candy shop and choose sweet toppings to complete your chocolate pizza. Your chocolate pizza is packaged in a Sweet Pete's pizza box! MAMA MIA!
