We decided to do the tour we offer only at high tide, as it only has to be done at certain specific times of the day, when the tide is at its highest point which is a different time for each day, which makes it special and different in a certain way. . To carry out this activity great coordination, calculation and precision are required.
Our goal is for our clients to connect with the beauty of this impressive ecosystem, observe the fun and curious white-faced monkeys in their natural habitat, teach about the flora and fauna of the mangrove forest while we navigate the water channels, Our efforts are with the goal of making the experience pleasant and educational.

What To Expect
Due to its countless functions and interesting adaptations, the mangrove ecosystem is essential and vital for humans and other ecosystems, including its fauna. It is the first line of defense and natural barrier of the coast that protects us.
You will meet your tour guide at the meeting point, located 10 minutes from downtown Quepos, you will be given some instructions and opportunities to use the bathroom, as we will be on the boat for two hours.
With the help of our captain and the certified guide, we will discover and show you different wild animals and we will also teach you the natural history of animals, in this ecosystem we always try to find: monkeys, iguanas, basilisks, birds, bats, snakes, crabs , among others.
Finally after two hours of searching and observing wildlife, we will return to the meeting point, completing one of the highlights of the area!
To have a better experience we only do this activity at full high tide, which is different for each day, this means that time flexibility is required. Reservations and coordination in advance are recommended.
