Walking is okay, but with a mountain bike you and your friends will cover more ground, increase your chance of chasing some wildlife, get a work out, get rad Instagram bangers and learn some MTB skills under the guidance of mountain bike skills coach, enduro world series competitor and Mt-Cootha local, Ben Forbes.

What To Expect
This is a professional mountain bike skills coaching session. We will cover a wide range of foundation skills which are where the biggest gains are for every level of rider, beginner to pro. We will make use of Gap Creek's Skills park and trails.
