Overview
During this two hour Wine Tasting Dinner, our sommelier will lead the class through the background and concepts of Sicilian wine: the main types and styles of wine, grapes, and terroir; after which, you will learn about assessing wine quality and ageing, and the principles of food and wine pairing.
To wrap up the class, we’ll share ideas and opinions of what we’ve experienced over a classic shot of limoncello.
The aim of this class is to put Sicilian winemaking into the spotlight. Sicily has a wonderfully rich and yet mysterious culture of producing wine over the centuries, and although some of the wines are relatively common, little is known about the stories behind the labels. We hope this class will give you a new perspective on Sicilian wine, and that the wines will forever have their place in your glass, on your table, and in your hearts.

Join us on a journey through Sicilian DOC wines, paired with our signature food. Our wine expert will start the evening with an introduction to Sicilian wine, before presenting each of our exquisite wines, carefully selected to complement our tasting dishes for the evening.
