We will meet with the student at Nepal Yoga Teacher training and retreat center and will give all the instructions about how we go and what is the schedule every day.

What To Expect
This is a yoga alliance certified yoga teacher training course. We cover the schedule defined in our course within the duration we have given you. You will learn the integrated techniques of yoga asana, breathing science, meditation, ashtanga vinyasa, Hatha yoga, yoga philosophy, and some ayurvedic classes too. You will be able to teach all over the world after completing this certification course. We also integrate the teaching techniques and some teaching practice classes too. Also, we focus on anatomy class and alignment.
