Go to the Colonel Light Statue at the iron entrance gate. Our wine expert will meet you there. The experience takes place at the exclusive 1837Barossa Pavilion.

This is a must do if you visit the Barossa. You get to taste our famous wines with stories of Colonel Light, who named the Barossa on our estate in 1837. If you are looking to sit back, relax and learn more about wine making, vineyard terroir, wine tasting like a professional and finally enjoy our 3 tiered charcuterie platter, this is the place to be!
Visit the Barossa Col Light Monument, which commemorates the birthplace of the Barossa. Walk the spectacular 1837 Barossa Art Trail. Learn about the naming of the Barossa and the history of Col. Light (Short Film). Guided walk in our vineyards. Lear how to taste wine like a pro. Guided wine tasting of 6 wines incl. reserve range.
Charcuterie & cheese board with 1 glass of wine to complete the experience
