We offer you a space for self-discoveries in Iceland's pristine locations.
This 3-day travel is organized around the Wim Hof Method and includes other methodologies which align with the purpose of this trip: empowerment & balance. You will visit unique locations in Icelandic nature, away from crowds, enabling you to disconnect from everything while discovering the ability you have to be OK no matter what.
Cold Therapy:
Led by Andri, Wim Hof Method level 2 instructor, you will be invited to discover the mental and physical benefits of using Cold. It is also a powerful tool to address the following:
Endurance, Optimal Health, Chronic Pain, Stress Relief, and Mental Peace.
Breathwork: You will be led through different breathing techniques, explaining the science behind them as well as how to use your breath consciously for optimal health and stress relief.
And much more for you to discover!
We start on Friday at 8:00am and end back at the meeting point on Sunday at 7:00pm.
