This epic 3-day hiking/camping trip takes you along side crystal clear waters, past dramatic caves, a top epic lookouts and beside Bruce Peninsula shoreline’s iconic limestone cliffs. We will visit many popular locations such as: Cave Point, Indian Head Cove and the Grotto.
This trip is moderate to challenging depending on your fitness level. It is private, you will have your own knowledgeable and patient guide to help you get the most out of your trip. You will set the pace and on day 2 and 3 distances that we travel.
As per Bruce Peninsula National Park Back County regulations group sizes are limited to 3, we can accommodate 4, if one is a youth (12-17).
You will have the choice to bring your own food or purchase a meal plan from us for $100 per person. Meal details can be found on our website at stepitupadventures.ca.

Please visit stepitupadventures.ca for more details on this trip. Day 1: 4-5 hours hike into the first campsite with numerous unimaginable views along the way before settling into camp where we will soak in the beautiful sunset over Lake Huron.
4 Hours • Admission Ticket Included
Accommodations : The back country camp is on/close to the water and with a wood tent platform, composting toilet and a bear pole.
4-5 hr hike into the second campsite, with equally amazing views and an optional 1 hours hike into the Grotto.

The Grotto
Please visit stepitupadventures.ca for more details on this trip. 4-5 hours hike into the second campsite, with equally amazing views and an optional 1-hour hike past Indian Head Cove and into the Grotto at the end of the day when the day visitors are gone. The Grotto: is a geological marvel with its turquoise water and intricate rock/cave structures. The Grotto is one of the most visited natural attractions in Ontario with between 450-550 000 visitors a year. Indian Head Cove: is a scenic inlet located next to the Grotto. This cove is a great place to go for a swim and enjoy the Bruce Peninsula shoreline away from the crowds at the Grotto. This tour will take for a hike into the Grotto at the end of day two after the day visitors have left and again the next morning before they arrive. The Grotto is only a 1-hour hike from the second and third night campsite.

Will start with an optional 1-hr hike to the Grotto , then 1-hr hike back to the campsite and a 45min hike back to car.

Indian Head Cove
Please visit stepitupadventures.ca for more details on this trip. Day 3: We will start with an optional 1-hour hike into the Grotto stopping in Indian Head Cove on route. Indian Head Cove is a scenic inlet located next to the Grotto. This cove is a great place to go for a swim and enjoy the Bruce Peninsula shoreline away from the crowds at the Grotto. Then a 1-hr back to the campsite to pick up our gear and then a 45min hike back to our awaiting vehicles.
