Overview
Free diving, or apnea, is distinguished by its simplicity and intimate connection with the marine environment. Unlike diving with equipment, freediving is done without an air tank, allowing for a more natural and quiet experience.
The feeling of freedom when moving without restrictions and the tranquility of the underwater world create an incomparable experience.
Freediving allows you to explore marine wildlife up close without the noise and bubbles of traditional diving equipment, minimizing disturbance to your environment and offering more intimate encounters with marine life.
In addition, this practice promotes self-knowledge and body control, improving lung capacity and resistance. Free divers develop a deep connection with the ocean, experiencing immersion in a pure and authentic way. This combination of challenge, tranquility and connection with nature makes free diving a unique and unmatched experience.

What To Expect
In our diving/freediving center you will meet passionate instructors specialized in freediving. After a time of exchange to realize that the collective unconscious cultivates often false beliefs, we will address the fundamentals of ventilation and compensation. Then, we will propose you a complete and suitable equipment for this discovery. Your freediving baptism will take place in a unique environment, the North Menorca Marine Reserve (25 years).
After some time sailing within the Fornells Marine Reserve, depending on the environmental conditions, we will go to our activity site so that it is suitable for your first dives.
The session will revolve around self-discovery in the water in verticality, with games around your sensations along a guide cable. In a small group of 4 practitioners per workshop, you will progress step by step thanks to several simple and playful exercises. By listening to new sensations, you will disconnect from our terrestrial world with the promise of an unforgettable first experience full of emotion.
