Overview
I am a cook for passion and together with Giovanni, an award-winning barman, we decided to make the taste of our land known. The cocktails will be prepared with Sicilian liqueurs and soft drinks, the dishes with seasonal ingredients all at zero kilometre. We will live together a truly unique and special experience. A path that starts from traditional dishes and ends with drinks that you will prepare with our barman. Sicily on a plate and in a glass.

What To Expect
This experience will slowly lead you to discover the perfect combination of food and drink. We will build our cocktails by pairing them with food. We will start with a Sicilian appetizer based on local cheeses, orange marmalade, onions and honey and together we will make the salted cannolo, a reinterpretation of the Sicilian cannolo filled with ricotta, mortadella and pistachios. We will combine this, together with the barman, with the perfect cocktail. We will continue with the preparation of the first course, a fresh stuffed pasta, seasoned with seasonal condiments. Finally we will prepare the dessert, which, according to the season, will be a frost of fruit, tiramisu or the classic cannolo, fresh foods but also rich in umami that will be combined with cocktails, created by the barman and guests. Children under 18 will be served non-alcoholic fruit-based cocktails and Sicilian drinks, these too will be prepared by them, under the watchful control of our barman.
