Overview
This is a small class where all the participants will cook everything from scratch at their own station using the best quality of ingredients. Then we will sit together and have lunch. Recipes will be handed at the beginning of the class.

We will meet at the entrance of my building at Calle Cuernavaca 14 C-201 La Condesa. It is located on the corner with Juan de La BarreraI I will be downstairs waiting for the participants.

What To Expect
Each participant will cook 3 Thai most popular dishes at my house in La Condesa. Each person will cook everything from scratch at their own cooking station using the best quality of ingredients. After finishing cooking we will sit together and eat. All recipes are distributed at the beginning of the class.
Summer rolls: Prawns, tofu and different vegetables wrapped in rice paper sheets with a dipping sauce.
Crying tiger beef: Marinated grilled steak with a Thai dipping sauce.
Green curry chicken: Tenderloins cooked in a green curry paste made from scratch, with coconut milk and Thai vegetables.
